SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want your Terragem piece to arrive safely and be loved for years. Please read the details below before purchasing.

Shipping

Processing time: 2–5 business days (handmade items; during launches/holidays it may be slightly longer).
Carriers: USPS (default) or similar reliable carriers with tracking.
Locations: We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please email us before ordering.
Tracking: Sent via email when your order ships.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost/Damaged in transit: If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, email shopwithterragem@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help file a claim or arrange a solution. If the product is damaged, we can either have it sent back for repairs (if able) or refund 50% as we are not responsible for how the product is handled during shipping. We try our best to safely and securely pack each item so this does not happen. If your item is lost, and USPS (or other) is unable to find it, I can refund 50% as this does affect my business, as well as you.

Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery. Contact shopwithterragem@gmail.com or use our contact form to start a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, alteration, or damage.
Non-returnable items: Custom pieces, gift cards, final-sale items, and earrings (for hygiene) are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
Spoon rings & sizing: Spoon rings are not adjustable. Please consult our Find Your Ring Size guide in the FAQ before ordering.
Return shipping: Except for defective or wrong items, buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund method: Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
