FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For now, I’m not doing official “drops” (though I may in the future—and I’ll always announce those ahead of time!). Most pieces are first come, first served, since I usually only have one of each ring available. If you don’t see any rings for sale at the moment, don’t fret 🤍 I’m likely in the process of sourcing more silverware and making new pieces, and there should be more available again soon.

I’m unfortunately not able to traditionally resize rings if they’re ordered in the wrong size. If your ring arrives and doesn’t fit quite right, the best option is to send it back so I can convert it into an adjustable ring. I can also reduce the size while keeping it adjustable if needed. Because resizing requires reheating and soldering the band, the sea glass can’t withstand that level of heat and would crack in the setting. Each piece of sea glass is set very securely into the bezel, and removing it to resolder would damage the ring overall—so traditional resizing isn’t possible. If you’re unhappy with your ring due to sizing, please message me within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll figure out the best solution together. If the ring is returned and exchanged for a new one, the replacement must be of equal value to the original; if the new ring is higher in price, the difference would be covered by the buyer. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer. I do include instructions on how to find your correct ring size, so please be sure to check those out before purchasing to help ensure the best fit ♡

I use traditional U.S. ring sizes, including half sizes. If you use a different sizing system, you can easily convert your size online. If you’re not sure of your size or don’t have a ring sizer, no worries! You can wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around your finger (as snug as you’d like the ring to fit), then measure the length in inches or millimeters. Use the ring sizing chart below to find your size.
