Sea Glass is well regarded as a symbol of renewal and healing, a metaphor for life. Sea Glass is simply glass, originally a bottle, dish or favored decorative object, no longer needed because it has served its purpose, outlived its usefulness, or is broken and tossed in the trash. (I do not condone taking sea glass from strict "sea glass beaches", as those beaches are rare and rely on the sea glass to form their beaches). All sea glass sold here was found at a local "dump site" shown to me by a Maui local)
Crafting one-of-a-kind pieces in harmony with the earth fills me with love and purpose. I’m inspired by the way sea glass and even what others see as “garbage” can be transformed into jewelry that carries meaning and stirs emotion.
