We want your Terragem piece to arrive safely and be loved for years. Please read the details below before purchasing.
Shipping

Processing time: 2–5 business days (handmade items; during launches/holidays it may be slightly longer).

Carriers: USPS (default) or similar reliable carriers with tracking.

Locations: We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please email us before ordering.

Tracking: Sent via email when your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost/Damaged in transit: If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, email shopwithterragem@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help file a claim or arrange a solution.
Returns & Refunds

Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery. Contact shopwithterragem@gmail.com or use our contact form to start a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, alteration, or damage.

Non-returnable items: Custom pieces, gift cards, final-sale items, and earrings (for hygiene) are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.

Spoon rings & sizing: Spoon rings are not adjustable. Please consult our Find Your Ring Size guide in the FAQ before ordering.

Damage on arrival: If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos; we’ll make it right.

Return shipping: Except for defective or wrong items, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund method: Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
